Our homeopathic Birth Mix is a specialized formula designed to prepare both your body and emotions for the experience of giving birth naturally.
From as early as 36 weeks, taking just a few drops of our Birth Mix can help establish a sense of readiness and capability.
By using this remedy in the final weeks of pregnancy, you can encourage your body's natural ability to begin labor with confidence.
Directions for using Birth Mix:
36-37 weeks: Take 5 drops, 2 x weekly
38 weeks: Take 5 drops, 3 x weekly
39+ weeks: Take 5 drops every night
You can administer the drops straight into your mouth or pop the drops into a bottle of water. Please note you must take these drops 20 minutes before or after food or other drinks.

Some homeobotanical formulations are intentionally left less processed to retain the full spectrum of plant compounds, which enhances their effectiveness.
Shaking the bottle before use can help to redistribute the sediment but either way is not harmful and is perfectly normal.
