My Sleep & Stress Routine
Share
Running on empty all day, then lying awake at night with a busy mind? That wired-and-tired feeling is one of the most common things I see. When stress keeps the body on high alert, it's hard to switch off at night, and poor sleep makes the next day's stress even harder to handle. This routine is about breaking that cycle: steady support by day, and calm at night.
My routine
Morning: Revive Drops (10 drops)
Afternoon, on stressful days: Revive Drops (10 drops)
Before bed: Sleepytime (10 drops)
Why these two
Revive Drops, morning and afternoon. Revive supports the nervous system and helps the body adapt to stress, so you feel more even through the day rather than running on adrenaline and then crashing.
Sleepytime, before bed. Traditionally used to support calm and restful sleep, helping a busy mind wind down.
My extra tips
- No screens for an hour before bed. Dim the lights and give your brain the signal it's night time.
- Eat plenty of magnesium-rich foods: leafy greens, nuts and seeds.
- Keep caffeine to the morning.
- Get outside in daylight early in the day, even for ten minutes.
- Try to go to bed and get up at the same time each day.
